At Retro Game Repair Shop, we want to ensure your vintage hardware and DIY mods meet your expectations, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on most unused and unopened items. Please note that components showing signs of installation or soldering are ineligible for return due to the delicate nature of electronics repair.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging and has not been soldered, modified, or installed, as these actions void the return policy.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the components in a sturdy box with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send the package back using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
